This being my first sharing with you all, please allow me to introduce
myself. My name is Tracey Ruggiero, also as the title shows, known as Spaceholder. I have spent many years learning about, playing with and using energy, be it as a Feng Shui consultant or an energy healer/facilitator. I have had a fascination with energy, and how it affects us, and more
importantly how we affect the energies around us.

The name Spaceholder is actually quite new (this lifetime). I was given it by my guides after a particularly earth shattering seminar I had attended last year. It seems it's a title or job description that grows with time, and of course knowledge. I must admit here, that as a kid I had the nickname Spacey Tracey...gee, maybe it was more then just a nickname!!

As I learn more about personal energy, environmental energy and of course
the energy of the universe and the different ways it can affect us, I will
share these insights with you, in hopes to have some interesting
dialogue, which of course will allow me to learn more.

As I'm not sure the direction this will lead, I will say that I will tell you personal stories, as that's the only way I can share my "flavor" of the truth of how energy runs or works through me. This way also, you will either have the opportunity to feel a connection with the information or not. Either is absolutely appropriate.

All that being said, I would like to leave you with a thought, something to ponder. Many or all of you are aware that everything, absolutely
EVERYTHING is made up of energy. The computer screen you are looking at, the chair you are sitting in, and even the words you are reading are at their very core, Pure Energy.

If you wish, spend time in the awe of this awareness. It truly is amazing.
This means, nothing is static. Everything is always vibrating at a
certain level, therefore, is subject to change and movement.

Now spend a little time thinking about what you think, feel and say. Do you like how you vibrate? Do you feel you could make a change in these areas?

You are all very powerful beings, and by choosing your thoughts and words carefully you can create incredible change in your life.
